Phone call with FC re: cyclical lag in page load times. Trying to replicate issue – cannot. Phone call with PF re: nginx requests_per_second greater than accepts_per_second. Investigating images greater than 2MB failing to upload – PHP ignoring php.ini file and falling back to default upload_max_filesize. Renaming to .user.ini solves issue.
